Terms of Service

GENERAL• Please do NOT commission me if you don't want to wait for too long. I get ill very often unfortunately (and I'm still in the process to understand with my doctors what's wrong) and commissions may take a bit. I will update anytime I have something to show. I also only take max 1 rush order per time for this exact reason.• Please provide references and details. Pictures are more appreciated than just descriptions.• The base prices include a default file size and type in the details above.• I have the right to decline your commission request if I am not comfortable in drawing it.REVISIONS• I will only do two (2) minor or major free revisions at the sketch stage. During the colouring stage, only one (1) free minor revision.• (minor revisions: additional item, expression changes, etc | major revisions: new pose, new bg, different overall outfit)• Additional revisions and major revisions will be charged.RIGHTS & USAGE• It is absolutely PROHIBITED to feed any of my artworks into AIs, including commissioned pieces. Using my art to train an AI will result into having you blocked.• DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artworks and/or use it for commercial products (unless it is a commercial commission).• I (the artist) have the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook. The client still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. The artworks will not be sold as prints! (unless it’s fanart).Useful info (please read!):• Commissions usually take from 1 week to 5-6 months, depending on the complexity and commission type. Do not commission me if you want quick TATs or consider buying a rush fee. I might tell you an approximate date but it might change due to health reasons;• The sketch will be sent as soon as I finish it (it usually takes from 1 to 4 weeks since I work on more than one commission simultaneously, but I try to be as quick as possible). Another WIP will be sent as soon as I finish the lineart. More WIPs will be sent if requested.• Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.• Faster completion or deadlines will have additional fees on the cost.• Clients can post the commission, if properly credited.• Clients may not resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it.• Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.• The purchase is for digital artworks (not prints).• If the client wants the speedpaint, a fee can be added and it must be requested before the payment.• The refund can only be offered if 8 months have passed from payment without receiving any single update. Partial refunds can be discussed if reasonable and only before the colouring stage.• Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.• Client/Artist must not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties without consent.Once I receive the payment, you will be added to my commission waitlist, where you will be able to check the status of your commission and general schedule whenever you want.
